If your dirndl or lederhosen doesn't fit quite right, Schnucki gladly offers exchanges - just return the item within 14 days of receiving it, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and incidentals (spare buttons and ribbons) still attached. Refunds are only processed if an item is faulty, so there's no refund for a change of mind on colour, size or fit.
